- At this time, we do not offer international shipping. All orders are processed and delivered within India only.

- Free shipping may be available on certain orders or promotions, subject to terms and conditions.
2.2 Express Shipping
- For urgent orders, we offer express shipping at an additional cost. The exact charges will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery location.
3. Delivery Timeframes

- Domestic Orders: Orders are typically delivered within 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the delivery location.
- Delivery times may vary for remote locations or during peak seasons (e.g., holidays, festivals).
3.2 Dispatch Time
- We process and dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days after order confirmation. You will receive an email or WhatsApp notification once your order is dispatched.
3.3 Delays
- While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, certain factors such as unexpected delays by the courier, natural calamities, or government restrictions may affect delivery. In such cases, we will keep you informed.
4. Order Tracking

- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.
- You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment on our courier partner's website.

5. Delivery Attempts
5.1 Missed Delivery
- If no one is available to accept the delivery at the provided address, the courier will make up to two delivery attempts. If the delivery is unsuccessful after these attempts, the package may be returned to us.
- If a package is returned due to missed delivery attempts, the customer may be responsible for any re-shipping costs.
6. Unsuccessful Delivery
6.1 Incorrect Address
- Please ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is correct. If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, we will not be responsible for any delay or additional charges incurred.
7. Damaged or Lost Items
7.1 Damaged During Shipping
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at asianvogueindia@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +91 8076841453 (Available between 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM) with photos of the damage. We will investigate and offer a resolution, such as a replacement or refund.
7.2 Lost Items
- In the rare event that your package is lost in transit, we will work with our courier partners to resolve the issue. A replacement or refund will be offered once the investigation is complete.
